Practical Awareness Training for women focuses on enhancing personal safety through awareness, confidence, and effective response strategies. The program begins with situational awareness, teaching participants how to detect potential threats in daily routines—whether commuting, traveling for work, or navigating public spaces—by reading environments and body language.
